Leg Extensions
Back Squats
Lunges
Bulgarian Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
1 Minute work, 1 Minute rest.
Stay on each exercise for 4 rounds, then go to the next exercise.
There is only 1 minute rest between exercises.
