Workout of the Day:


Back Squats
Wall Sit
Jump Lunges
Leg extensions
Jump Squats
Skiers
Finish each round with 200m run. (weather permitting)
1 Minute Each, 3 Rounds


Seated Hamstring Curls
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Stability Ball Hamstring Curls
10 Reps Each, 3 Sets
