When Jay started training with us, it was all new to him. He was a rank beginner! He wasn't able to do any pull ups, and only managed a few push ups. A few months later Jay was able to do 30 pull ups in a row and as far as push ups were concerned, let's just say that we had to tell him when he did enough. His strength went through the roof and his body transformed to something he was very proud of. We all were! Jay, believe it or not is not an exception of what can be done here. He's the norm! Looking at these pictures goes to show what can be done if you put a little effort in the gym and with your eating. Jay ate clean, and yes he did have his cheat days, but he was smart about it. Strategic cheating! Cheating at specific times will help you, not hinder you! The New You Fitness can and will help you reach your goals.
