Workout of the Day:


Bar Curls
Overhead DB Extensions
Preacher Curls
Lying Triceps Extensions
Cable Curl
Rope Pushdowns


Start with 10 reps of each, then 9, 8, 7...down to 1 heavy rep of each exercise.
