Workout of the Day:


Back Squats 135/95
2 minute rest
Back Squats 115/75
2 minute rest
Back Squats 95/55
2 minute rest
2 Rounds


The goal is to do as many reps as you can with each weight. You will then have a 2 minute rest before doing it again with the lighter weight.
